Why We Exist:

Nonprofits and social benefit organizations often struggle to scale their impact due to the high costs of essential resources, strategic consulting, and organizational development. Many lack access to the expertise required for sustainable growth. COS Collective was founded to address this challenge. As a Public Benefit Corporation, we developed a unique model that leverages joint venture partnerships with highly qualified industry professionals to provide organizations with top-tier consulting, advisory, and operational support at a fraction of the traditional cost.

Through our approach, costs for all services provided are prorated over a timeline that ensures financial sustainability, preventing undue financial strain. Additionally, we assist in integrating consulting and advisory service costs into grant applications, securing funding to cover long-term strategic support. Our mission is to remove financial and operational barriers so that organizations can focus on what they do best—serving their communities."
